Job summary

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess and plan care for assigned patients of varying ages.
• Provides patient and family education to promote understanding and adherence to care plans.
• Maintains continuity of care by following physician orders and treatment plans.
• Delegates appropriate tasks to CNAs and student nurses based on competence.
• Ensures patient safety and advocates for patient rights at all times.
