Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and problems and concerns with a holistic approach.
• Documents care and ensures accurate, timely charting in the electronic medical record system.
• Educates patients, families and caregivers about the plan of care and discharge instructions.
• Coordinates care with the health care team and helps supervise other staff as needed.

Education

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
