Equiliem is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. The role requires compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment with a 39-bed unit and staff of 60.

General Information

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical unit. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Details

• Number of Beds: 39
• Number of Staff: 60
• Day Shift Staffing: 1 charge, 7 RNs, 3 CNAs, 1 US
• Night Shift Staffing: 1 charge, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs
• Patient Ratios: 1:5 Day Shift, 1:6 Night Shift
• Equipment: Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, computers in every room
• EMR: Meditech

Shift: 7p-7:30a; 48hrs a week

Typical Hiring Profile

Must have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Exceptional communication
• Time management is a must
• Med safety (minimum of 98% of all medications safely scanned and administered)

Preferred or nice to have: Candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Chemotherapy certification
• Flexible to work days or nights
