Arlington Pointe Care Center is seeking an RN to lead and coordinate resident MDS assessments in accordance with current regulations. You will help develop and maintain care plans, perform administrative duties, and contribute to quality assurance programs.

The role involves collaboration with nursing staff, physicians, and external agencies to ensure accurate assessments and timely reporting. The position requires a current RN license in the state, strong English communication, and a commitment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete resident MDS assessments per rules and guidelines.
