Qualifications

• Active RN license for Virginia.
• 3 years nursing experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• MDS training must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• RAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly education meetings to stay updated on MDS changes.
• Coordinate the facility's RAI process per guidelines.
• Accurately complete MDS assessments and supporting documentation.
• Audit records and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Regional MDS Consultants, Administrator, and DON.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
