Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to lead the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal requirements. The role collaborates with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure care plans reflect resident needs and preferences.

Qualifications

Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
1 year of experience in the RAI process.
2 years long term care facility care experience preferred.
Possess a current and active RN license in this state.

Responsibilities

Conduct and coordinate development and completion of the MDS assessment in accordance with state and federal requirements.
Work with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to develop comprehensive MDS and care plans for residents.
Ensure compliance with the RAI process and participate in facility surveys as needed.
Coordinate planning, scheduling, and delivery of in-service training on resident assessment/care plan skills.
Monitor and revise care plans after quarterly reviews or status changes.
