Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid New York State RN license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• MDS certification or willingness to complete within designated timeframe.
• Strong understanding of MDS, OBRA regulations, PDPM, and reimbursement guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit all MDS assessments accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate Medicare PDPM, PPS, and OBRA assessment schedules.
• Prepare CAAs and collaborate on care plan development.
• Oversee Medicare-related documentation from admission through discharge.
