Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community in Muskego, WI is hiring an MDS Coordinator (RN) for a full-time, on-site role.

You will oversee interdisciplinary MDS assessments, ensure timely transmission, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (WI or an active out-of-state license you can transfer).
• At least 1 year of recent MDS nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
