Job summary

Kingswood CCRC in Missouri is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to guide the assessment and care planning process, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes coordination of MDS assessments, care plan updates, and collaboration with nursing, therapy, and other departments to ensure accurate documentation and appropriate reimbursement.

Qualifications

• An active RN license valid in Missouri.
• Experience with MDS assessments and care planning in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Knowledge of the RAI process and PDPM.
• Strong organization, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
• A commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities
