Wellpath seeks an RN MAT Coordinator to lead medication assisted treatment services across facilities. You’ll coordinate program development, collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and custody teams, and supervise staff to ensure integrated care for patients receiving MAT.

The RN MAT Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for the delivery of medication assisted treatment services within assigned facilities. This role coordinates the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the MAT program in collaboration with an integrated healthcare and custody team. The position directs clinical services, supports staff education and training, and ensures coordinated care delivery for patients receiving MAT. The RN MAT Coordinator also conducts assessments, supports screenings and referrals, and helps ensure continuity of treatment services. This role plays a central part in maintaining effective collaboration across medical, behavioral health, and security teams.
$55.80 - $62.00 / hour
