Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation at Crotched Mountain School in Greenfield, NH seeks an RN Manager to lead nursing care for students with complex needs. The role provides a 12:00pm–8:00pm shift though weekend options vary, and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus along with a strong benefits package.

You will mentor a dedicated nursing team, collaborate with physicians, coordinate with education and residential staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality care for youth aged 5–22 with neurodevelopmental

Qualifications

• RN license in New Hampshire.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities (or willingness).
• Calm under pressure, compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to students and staff in a residential/educational setting.
• Perform clinical tasks such as assessments and blood draws.
• Hold staffing direction and mentor a nursing team to build skills and confidence.
• Coordinate care with physicians and participate in treatment planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation across programs.
