Job summary

Seven Hills Pediatric Center, part of Seven Hills Foundation, seeks an LPN or RN to provide specialized nursing care for children with complex medical and behavioral needs in a trauma-informed residential setting in Groton, MA.

You will assess health needs, coordinate care, manage medications, document changes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and well-being for each child.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience in pediatric or congregate care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing and medical support to children with complex needs.
• Coordinate medical care and follow-up for participants.
• Monitor and document medications and treatment orders.
• Assist with medical appointments and transportation as directed.
• Mentor Direct Support Professionals on medication policies and healthcare practices.
