Seven Hills Foundation’s Crotched Mountain School in New Hampshire is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead a dedicated paraeducator team and ensure exceptional care, educational support, and behavioral services in a safe, therapeutic environment.

You will supervise, coach, and develop staff; coordinate student programs and Safety Care practices; collaborate with teachers, clinicians, nursing staff and families to support student success; monitor documentation and staff performance; and step

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and develop education staff
• Ensure student programs, behavior plans, and Safety Care practices are implemented consistently
• Help oversee daily campus operations, staffing, scheduling, and coverage
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, nursing staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor documentation, compliance, and staff performance
• Step in to support students directly when needed, including during behavioral or emergency situations
• Serve as an in-charge leader during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the program
