Job summary

Crotched Mountain School (CMS), part of the Seven Hills Foundation, seeks a Medication Nursing Assistant to administer medications under RN/LPN supervision and maintain MAR records for residential students in Greenfield, NH. You will follow Six Rights, monitor vital signs, and ensure strict infection control within a caring team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to administer medications under RN/LPN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer scheduled and PRN medications as delegated by RN/LPN.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration at all times.
• Document all medication administration or refusals in the MAR per policy.
• Count, administer, and document controlled substances.
• Monitor medical needs per MARs, TARs, IEPs, and care plans.
• Obtain and record vital signs, heights, and weights as requested.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication room and cart.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate reorders with pharmacy/central supply.
• Report medication errors or concerns to nursing staff promptly.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding medication supplies.
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
• Complete continuing education and professional development.
• Uphold the mission, values, and ethical standards.

Change Lives—One Student at a Time.Crotched Mountain School (CMS), part of the Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to provide compassionate, detail-oriented medical support to our residential school students.Located on a 145-acre campus in Greenfield, NH, CMS serves children and young adults ages 5–21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, and other complex developmental disabilities.
