Job summary

Grammar LLC is seeking an RN Manager - Telemetry to provide leadership and support to nursing and patient care services across designated units. You will assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice, with 24/7 responsibility for the area and accountability to the CNO to ensure safe, high quality care.

This role requires an active RN license and Basic Life Support, plus at least 2 years of progressive management in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
• Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability,
• and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
• Performs related duties as required

Responsibilities

Role: RN Manager - Telemetry
Role: This role provides leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) responsible for all nursing and other designated patient care functions/services within the hospital organization. The role will assume responsibility for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level. Role assumes 24/7 responsibility of manager’s assigned areas. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

• Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.

• Minimum Education: Academic degree in nursing.
