Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Nursing Operations Lead to oversee nursing operations within a hospital unit in Morro Bay, California. You will ensure a safe, efficient, patient-centered care environment while leading a high-performing team.

This role requires RN licensure in the practice state, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, BLS and CPR certifications, and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance skills to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required); Master’s preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state (required).
• Experience in acute care nursing, leadership, and staff management (preferred).
• Certifications in BLS (required) and CPR; specialty or administrative certifications (preferred).
