Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas of responsibility.
• Collaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate the needs of patients and their families.
• Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Supports the mission and vision of the facility, division and company.
• Assures quality care through the initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
• American Heart Association BCLS and ACLS is required and maintained.
• Neonate Resuscitate required and maintained.
• Three (3) years current clinical nursing experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience and 2 years of LDRP/NICU staff nurse experience
