HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in North Charleston, SC, seeks an experienced RN Manager for the Med Surg Post Surgical unit. The role oversees daily staffing, clinical care delivery, and adherence to hospital policies to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (or RN diploma/ADN), active SC RN license, and 3+ years in acute care with at least 1 year in supervision. This is a full-time on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; ADN or RN Diploma required.
• 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience; 3+ years acute care nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
• Monitor quality and clinical outcomes in line with policies.
• Ensure staff accountability and high standards of patient care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

TheRNManager Med Surg Post Surgicalensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: BSN preferred, Associates Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required; 3+ years of acute care nursing required
• License: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required; BLS required
