Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking an RN Manager ER to lead the emergency department team and manage daily operations. You will oversee staffing, patient flow, and adherence to clinical standards to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires RN licensure, acute care and leadership experience, and BLS certification; BSN is preferred. This position at Trident Hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a dedicated health system.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN highly preferred
• 1+ years of acute care nursing experience required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or active compact license
• BLS required

The ER Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
