Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking an RN Manager Med Surg to lead planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions for the unit. You will collaborate with the leadership team to develop plans and procedures that ensure quality, efficient care and a supportive environment for staff and patients.

The role requires a Registered Nurse license, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and BLS/ACLS certification, with 3+ years of acute care nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
• A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required
• 3+ years of acute care nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff and direct functions to ensure efficient unit operation
• Collaborate with leadership to develop plans, policies and procedures for quality care
• Lead and support the team to deliver compassionate patient care on Med Surg
