The role of theNurseManagerinvolves managing 2 long‑term care units/skilled nursing facilities. You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority, and 24‑hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employee assigned to yourazgo units. You will be mentoring, teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes that are being followed. We have great staffing and have designed this position so that you do notparticipate in admissions or care conferences.

Required Qualifications
  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • 2 yearsas an RN in LTC, Transitional Care Unit, or comparable setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degreein Nursing
  • Advanced certification in Minimum Data Set‑Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS‑RAI), process and completion by the American обработка of Post‑Acute Nursing upon hire
  • Supervisory experience with certified nursing assistants and licensed nurses
