The role of theNurseManagerinvolves managing 2 long‑term care units/skilled nursing facilities. You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority, and 24‑hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employee assigned to yourazgo units. You will be mentoring, teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes that are being followed. We have great staffing and have designed this position so that you do notparticipate in admissions or care conferences.
