Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to determine interventions and develop care plans.
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
Develop, implement, and adjust personalized patient care plans based on ongoing assessments.
Administer medications safely following best practices in medication management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
