Responsibilities
- Lead shift-based elder care across units with compassionate service.
- Manage emergencies with clinical guidance and direction.
- Mentor and supervise nursing staff, ensure appropriate staffing and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with physicians, transcribe and implement orders, and ensure care plans are followed.
- Maintain infection control protocols and participate in audits and chart reviews.
- Prepare for surveys and ensure ongoing compliance and quality care.
