Job summary

Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, PA, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Leader) to guide our nursing team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care 24/7.

The RN Leader will oversee staffing, compliance, patient assessments, and care plans, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for residents in our 180-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading nursing teams in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols for compliance.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians to coordinate care.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medications, treatments, and tests.
• Monitor inventory of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve outcomes.
