Job summary

Londonderry Village in Palmyra, PA is hiring an RN Manager to lead daily clinical operations and supervise a dedicated team of nurses across units. The role focuses on safe, high-quality resident care and strong administrative oversight.

You will guide staff, ensure safety standards, and provide sound judgment during critical situations while aligning with the facility’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Hands-on clinical care experience with residents.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-based elder care across units, ensuring compassionate service and timely communication with nursing leadership.
• Respond calmly to medical or behavioral crises, providing clinical guidance.
• Assist with medications, treatments, IVs, feeding and other direct care tasks.
• Monitor mental health protocols and conduct regular care assessments.
• Enforce infection control and participate in audits and care-plan updates.
• Collaborate with physicians during rounds, transcribe orders, and ensure follow-through.
