Qualifications

• RN license to practice in North Carolina.
• Five years’ experience working with Behavioral Health clients preferred.
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in recruitment and selection of nursing staff.
• Provides clinical oversight to all clinical and non-clinical staff daily.
• Directs training to ensure competency across shifts.
• Manages facility within budgetary parameters.
• Directs daily operations and staffing to meet patient needs and regulatory standards.
