Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and current LPN licensure in state of employment.
• 2 years' experience working with behavioral health clients preferred.
• Knowledge of psycho-social assessments and evidence-based treatment methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and interventions with medications oversight and administration as needed.
• Report client's social, psychological, and physical behavior as indicated.
• Ensure compliance with standards of nursing practice and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and related regulations.
• Follow state guidelines, QA plans, and client rights policies to keep operations compliant.
• Supervise and train staff; handle hiring recommendations and performance evaluations.
