RHA Health Services is seeking a Team Leader (RN) for the Detox/Facility Based Crisis Center in North Carolina. The role provides clinical supervision to nursing and non-clinical staff and partners with the Director to run operations 24/7.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in NC with at least five years in behavioral health, and MSN is preferred. Responsibilities include staffing, training, policy development, and ensuring quality care while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Five years of behavioral health experience preferred.
