Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse for a facility-based crisis/non-hospital detox setting. You will assess and monitor clients, administer medications, and respond to crises as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree in Nursing, active NC licensure, and prior behavioral health nursing experience. We offer a competitive hourly rate, overnight/weekend shift differential, and benefits to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with NC RN licensure.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience; behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform ADLs and respond to crises promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor clients using current nursing assessment skills.
• Respond to crises and provide behavioral health care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate inventories.
• Document care and communicate with the team.
• Participate in QA activities as needed.
