Job summary

Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) is seeking an RN Manager for Clinical Programs and Practice to lead nursing training and competency evaluations across CHCW sites. You will work with the DCPI to drive value-based care transitions and standardize clinical workflows.

The role requires a BSN, WA RN license, and BLS, with MSN preferred. Experience in ambulatory care, EPIC EMR, and nursing leadership is valued. Salary ranges are hourly with bilingual differential eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduation with BSN from an accredited nursing program is required.
• MSN preferred.
• WA RN license is required.
• BLS is required.
• Experience as an RN in a clinical, ambulatory care setting is preferred.
• Experience using EMR to support clinical workflows, documentation reporting, and quality improvement.
• Experience in nursing leadership, training, and/or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical training and competency evaluations for nurses and medical assistants.
• Collaborate with DCPI to align projects with value-based care transitions.
• Establish and evaluate role-based competencies and recertification plans.
• Coordinate employee health functions with HR and oversee the nursing/MA float pool.
