Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) is seeking an RN Manager for Clinical Programs and Practice to lead nursing training and competency evaluations across CHCW sites. You will work with the DCPI to drive value-based care transitions and standardize clinical workflows.
The role requires a BSN, WA RN license, and BLS, with MSN preferred. Experience in ambulatory care, EPIC EMR, and nursing leadership is valued. Salary ranges are hourly with bilingual differential eligibility.

You will work with the DCPI and in close collaboration with the Medical Assistant Training Coordinator (MATC) to:
$48.13-$61.27 hourly
$1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA)
