Job summary

Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) is seeking a Nursing Program Lead to oversee clinical training and competency evaluations for nurses and medical assistants, collaborating with the DCPI to advance value-based care initiatives across CHCW sites.

Responsibilities include managing projects, establishing competencies, coordinating employee health with HR, and overseeing the float pool. Requires BSN, WA RN license, and BLS; MSN preferred. EMR experience (EPIC) is desired.

Qualifications

  • Graduation with BSN from an accredited nursing program is required.
  • MSN preferred.
  • WA RN license is required.
  • BLS is required.
  • Experience as an RN in a clinical, ambulatory care setting is preferred.
  • Experience using EMR (preferably EPIC) to support clinical workflows, documentation reporting, and quality improvement.
  • Experience in nursing leadership, training, and/or education is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
  • Fall Prevention Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Community Health of Central Washington has an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Director of Clinical Programing & Innovations (DCPI) to oversee the clinical training and competency evaluations of nurses and medical assistants and assist in clinical initiatives that support clinician-oriented, value-based care transitions across CHCW sites.

Position Highlights

Compensation And Benefits

  • $48.13-$61.27 hourly.
  • $1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA).
