Job summary

The RN Manager Case Management at Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, leads hospital-based case management and coordinates care across the patient pathway to improve outcomes. You will supervise the case management team, monitor documentation quality, and ensure practices align with hospital policies and regulations.

An ADN or diploma is required; BSN preferred; Georgia RN license or eNLC is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma; BSN preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• InterQual experience preferred.
• Georgia RN license or equivalent eNLC license required.
• Certification in Case Management preferred.
• Certification in InterQual or IQCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital-based case management for assigned area.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the case management program.
• Supervise and monitor case management staff and documentation.
• Promote quality outcomes and patient throughput while balancing resources.
