Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an RN Manager for the PCU Cardiac Step-Down Unit to oversee daily operations and staffing, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will supervise nursing teams, monitor clinical outcomes, and ensure adherence to policies. Eligible candidates have an active RN license in the state, a BSN (or enrollment in a BSN program), BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years in acute care with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state or multi-state compact license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required or enrolled and to complete within 2 years; Master’s Degree preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS from AHA or Red Cross required
• 3+ years acute care RN experience in critical care; 1+ years supervisory/leadership experience desired

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and staffing of the RN-managed PCU Cardiac Step-Down Unit.
• Monitor nursing care quality and adherence to policies/procedures; ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to support facility objectives.
