Job summary

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville seeks a Manager PCU to lead a high‑performing unit. You will plan, organize, staff, and direct operations, partnering with the leadership team to develop plans, policies and procedures that ensure safe, high‑quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

The role requires RN licensure in the state (or compact/multi‑state), an ADN (BSN preferred or pursued within 6 months of hire), current BLS and ACLS, and at least 2 years of acute care nursing

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice or hold Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred or enrolled within 6 months of hire and completed within 2 years.
• Current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross are required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting; 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience.
