Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Clinical RN Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients. You will mentor clinicians, oversee clinical quality, and partner with office leadership to drive patient outcomes and program success.

Ideal candidates hold an active Virginia RN license, have 2+ years of RN experience in Medicare-certified home health, and demonstrate strong OASIS knowledge, case management skills, and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience.
• Recent experience in a Medicare-certified home health setting.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS, case management, and quality assurance.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Preferred: background in home health, acute care, med/surg, or sub-acute settings.

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical RN Manager, you will:
