Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Midland, TX and nearby areas. Pay Range

$22-$36/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following the active care plan prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Coordinate care among healthcare providers.
• Educate families on clinical care to promote positive health outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to ensure quality care.
