Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with medically fragile patients, both pediatric and adult, in the home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
