We provide in-home private-duty nursing care for children aged 0 to 21 years who are medically and technologically dependent. Our goal is to help these patients achieve their short- and long-term health goals, including discharge.

Education/Certification Requirements
Current, unrestricted nursing license approved by the Texas State Board of Nursing

Functions & Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Providing exceptional nursing services, including medication administration as prescribed by a licensed physician
Monitoring for potential abuse or neglect and following reporting guidelines
Ensuring health and safety within the patient’s home
Submitting accurate documentation after each shift
Upholding HIPAA regulations
Maintaining medical supplies as needed
Being available to parents for health-related questions or concerns
Maintaining consistent and punctual attendance
Upholding company policies and procedures
Supporting the organization’s goals and values
Collaborating effectively with other professionals

Experience
1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.

Work Location
You will be assigned to a single location for long-term placement within the state of Texas.
Pay Range
$23.00-$30.00 LVN
$28.00-$39.00 RN

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with nursing care, including lifting and assisting patients as needed.

Familiarity with electronic charting systems (ideally experience with KanTime, but training will be provided).
