Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in York, SC and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $26-$31/hr

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in patients' and families' lives. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing care based on the active plan of care, prescribed by the physician.
2. Conducting ongoing patient assessments.
3. Administering medications, treatments, and therapies.
4. Coordinating care among team members.
5. Educating family members to improve patient outcomes.
6. Implementing preventative measures to ensure quality care.
