Job description

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of their patients and families. We offer full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends available). Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing care for infants, children, and adolescents in their homes according to physician-approved care plans.
  2. Conducting ongoing patient assessments.
  3. Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
  4. Coordinating care among team members.
  5. Educating families to improve patient outcomes.
  6. Implementing preventative measures to ensure quality care.

Candidate Requirements:
