Job summary

MGA Homecare seeks Registered Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide and document at‑home nursing care under physician orders. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and coordinate with case managers and supervisors.

Education for patients and families on disease processes and self‑care is required. We offer full‑time and part‑time roles with daytime and night shifts, and encourage new graduates with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Six months of recent clinical nursing experience (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).
• Copy of TB results or chest x‑ray and CPR certification as per policy.
• Flexible, organized and able to exercise independent and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies per physician orders.
• Document activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and care coordination.
• Educate patient and family on the disease, self-care, and prevention strategies.
• Provide 1:1 patient load and coordinate with Case Managers and Clinical Nurse Supervisor.
