Job summary

Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse in Texas to oversee patient care within the scope of licensed practice. You will join a dedicated team to provide compassionate care and ensure clinical excellence on a 6p-6a shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.


• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.


• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.


• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.


• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements
