UW Health’s University Hospital in Madison, WI, invites applications for an RN Lung Transplant Coordinator. This 100% FTE, Monday–Friday, day shift role focuses on guiding patients through the transplant journey, delivering education, and supporting families with clinical judgment across the care continuum.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing may substitute for one year of clinical experience.
• Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin is required.
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience is required.
• 2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience is preferred.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
