Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions in North Dakota is seeking a Registered Nurse for our long-term care facility. The role provides and coordinates nursing care using the nursing process, administers meds, develops care plans, and mentors LPNs and CNAs.

You will serve as a clinical resource, ensure care aligns with regulatory standards, and collaborate with physicians, therapy teams, families, and interdisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents on admission and ongoing basis; develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Supervise, delegate to and provide clinical direction for LPNs and CNAs.
• Evaluate resident response to interventions and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and support regulatory survey readiness.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, families and interdisciplinary team members.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing: Required
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
