Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for a long-term care facility. The RN will assess residents on admission and ongoing, develop individualized care plans, administer medications per orders, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure high‑quality patient care.

You will maintain accurate clinical documentation, support survey readiness, coordinate care with physicians and families, and help ensure care aligns with regulatory standards and best practices in geriatric nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is not listed in the job text.

Job Summary

Provides and coordinates nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Administers medications and treatments, develops and updates care plans, and supervises licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants. Serves as a clinical resource and ensures care is delivered in accordance with regulatory standards.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing: Required
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
