Shift: 12 Hours – Day Shifts

Job Schedule: Full time

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Salary Range: $32.50 – $48.00 per hour

Pay Info: $20,000 Sign On Available

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with residents and families, and with providers and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing expertise, applying appropriate age and population‑specific standards as designated in the clinical setting. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinates care, conducts resident assessments, provides resident education and various nursing interventions. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their competencies and training.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA); Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with the state board of nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure accepted if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Possession and ongoing maintenance of required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
• Experience in geriatric or nursing home settings preferred.
