Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license (Texas or compact state).

• Ability to work nights and handle high-acuity patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop and evaluate care plans.
• Administer medications and supervise bedside care in an LTAC/ICU setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and document learning needs.
