Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Continuing Care Hospital in Temple, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for LTAC Days. You will provide high-acuity, long-term care on a blended LTAC/ICU unit, perform assessments, care planning, and patient education.

The role offers Full-Time days with three 12-hour shifts, supportive staffing ratios, and opportunities to grow clinically within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• RN license is required (Texas or compact state).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families; empower them with knowledge.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies; ensure safety and quality.
