Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health’s CTICU in Temple, TX seeks a Registered Nurse for Fulltime Nights (7p-7a). You will oversee critical care for adults with complex cardiac conditions, perform assessments, create care plans, and educate patients and families while following the Texas Nursing Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and licensed in Texas.
• 1 year of ICU RN experience required.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using a professional practice model.
• Perform detailed clinical assessments and care planning.
• Educate patients and families, document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks and collaborate with the care team.
